With over 13 years experience in the Air conditioning & Refrigeration industry, I have gained hands-on experience working with small family owned businesses, medium sized to multi-national organisations. My experience ranges from numerous Technician/Field Service roles to a Managers position, these have all given me the drive and knowledge to do things differently by helping me develop my skillset, but more importantly my mindset.
My main focus is you, the customer. I pride myself on honesty and transparancy, regardless if you are a one-off residential customer or a large commercial client, you will recieve the same customer service and advice.
